Setting up Outlook Express 6

Open the Outlook Express Program. Make sure you have the email settings handy and your Quicksilver username and password.

Click on TOOLS > ACCOUNTS > MAIL

Click ADD > MAIL

You should then get a screen like below.
Type your first and last name, as you would like it to appear on outgoing emails, and click NEXT

Type your Quicksilver email address here, and click NEXT
This is normally yourusername@quicksilver.net.nz. If you have a domain name, enter the domain alias address here eg. me@mydomain.co.nz

Enter the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server settings, as below.
Click NEXT

Enter your Quicksilver username and password, in lower case, and click NEXT

Click on FINISH, and then CLOSE on the accounts screen.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up your Quicksilver Email Account.
